State House Day in Boston!
(Beacon Street at Park Street)

State House Day in Boston is hosted by the Center for Women and Enterprise and is a chance for local businesses to share what they do with other women entrepreneurs and also with the public. I will be there representing Ericson Photography and will also have some samples of our work. Please come by and say hi! I’d be happy to talk about your wedding day and check our availability. Old friends of Ericson Photo, please also come by if you are in the area; I’d love to see our couples again! (And perhaps you will see your wedding in one of our samples!)

Contact me for details and to let me know you may stop by: candi@ericsonphoto.com

Thank you!

2008 Flashback

Wednesday, December 3rd, 2008

It’s fun to look back on our past year of weddings! With so many different colors, themes, locations, and couples, it’s impossible to not feel like each wedding we photograph is the most unique day ever.

Here is a flashback to our 2008 wedding season with samples from Butternut Farm, Museum of Science, Hyatt Harborside, Charter Oak Country Club, Harrington Farm, Harding Allen, Chocksett Inn, Wedgewood Pines, The International, Worcester Country Club, Towerhill Botanic Garden, Lake View Pavilion, Cyprian Keyes, Lord Thompson Manor, Zukas Hilltop Barn, Union Station, Fruitlands Museum, and more!

Thank you to each and everyone of our couples! We are happy to look back and remember the details of your day!

From Our Couple

Tuesday, September 16th, 2008

“Dear Steve and Candi,

Well, it’s one year later and we are still living happily ever after! And we will always remember the day it started in beautiful color, black and white, and sepia thanks to your amazing abilities to capture each special moment. You two were such a pleasure to work with! The posed pictures were painless and went so smoothly, while we didn’t even notice you on the candids. And what can we say about the album? We look at it every week and notice something new that makes us smile. Thank you so much for capturing our special day so perfectly!

Much love,

Jennifer, Rob & Kodiak”

State Room, Boston – Anna and Michael

Tuesday, August 5th, 2008

After our visit to Boston’s State Room to plan for their upcoming event, we were ready to take on the day! Anna and Michael were a wonderful couple to work with, and their wedding day was elegant and beautiful. The ceremony itself took place at the Chapel at the College of the Holy Cross, then onto Boston’s State Room. As promised, here are some photos from the day:

With the weather being tricky lately, we were lucky enough to have the formals outside with the back drop of Holy Cross. The reception had us 33 floors up, providing a great view of the city at night. We were happy to not get caught in the big storm this day, as the showers took place while we were having a great time inside the State Room. Steve and I were happy to be part of this day, and we are looking forward to designing an album that sums up Anna and Michael’s day perfectly. Thank you, Anna and Michael, for choosing us for this big role in your wedding!
